Co-production sessions with your inclusion lead, your specialist teams and a handful of SENCOs. We build the directory as we go and set up the review against your own expectations.
We train each team to write its expectations and add its resources. Team by team.
Launch
On your own web address, with your own name and logo, and look and feel.
Every week after
Office hours, updates and security, looked after.
And we keep building it with the people who use it. The review and action plan Leeds uses today is the second version, built from feedback and workshops with SENCOs.
