One page per focus area

A whole-school review. You rate every expectation Emerging, Developing or Secure, and give your supporting evidence, with links t your other SEND and inclusion documents. Best practice recommendations and Teachers' Standards are one click away.

Strengths and areas for development summarise the focus area, and inform your action plan. Progress over last year's review can be celebrated.

Three kinds of review, your choice

  • A self review, kept to the school. Honest, because nobody is watching, and the fastest way to bring your senior team into the conversation.
  • A peer review, with another school's SENCO looking in. Fresh eyes, the same expectations, and a shared language between two schools.
  • A review the council supports, with your specialist teams alongside. The Experts at Hand support your review with training and resources follow to where you need them.
