The prices

• £19,500 to build. That is the directory, your first site and its design, once.
• £15,000 a year for hosting, support and office hours, from the second year.
• £3,000 a year for each extra site on the same directory, and from £3,500 once if it needs a design of its own.
• From £7,000 to move your content across, if you want us to.

Training and support, including weekly meetings if needed, are included in the price.

Host it yourself if you want

Placid is open source, so your council can host the sites itself. Build and set up cost the same, with specialist support from £600 a day. It works best where you already have Drupal expertise in house for security and updates.

Buying it is the easy part

Placid is on G-Cloud 15 (service 128201696316910). If your requirement matches it, your procurement team can usually award the contract to us without running a tender. They filter the Digital Marketplace, check the listings against your requirement and raise the order.
