You own it

Placid is built on LocalGov Drupal, open source software made by councils for councils and used by more than 75 of them. There is no licence fee. The site, the directory and everything in them belong to your council. 

Hosting

We can host the site for you, and we'll take care of backups, updates, and security. 

Or you can host it on your council's servers. 

Support

You get me, Jonny Holden, in all development, engagement support work as we build. And then in weekly support sessions. Behind that is a platform that does not depend on any one supplier. If you ever want to host it yourselves, or move to someone else, you can, and we will help you do it.
