18, 28 and 27 words each.

Estimates vary between 10 and 15 words for one sentence as being reasonable. That's very hard when "Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan" is half your quota!

Let's try:

1. For your Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan we will ask you:
2. An Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan is a legal document. People must respect it. It will help you get the support you need.  
3. They will support your learning by using the information in the EHC plan.

12, 11 / 4 / 9 and 13 words.

Notice that in the second example we have only got rid of 4 words in total. But 3 shorter sentences are much easier to read than 1 long one.

These 3 changes make the paragraph much easier to scan. The whole document is easier to read.
