Priced so a Head of SEND can say yes
Belong What Belong costs, and what you get for it
Belong is built from modules you combine for your council. A directory built from your own ordinarily available provision. A whole-school SEND audit every school can run. Action plans your authority can read across all of them. You pay a one-off build and a yearly fee for the directory, and the total sits under the direct award threshold for almost every council, so procurement is a form, not a tender.
What is included
The build
We turn your graduated approach or ordinarily available provision document into a working directory, with your specialist teams as the experts at hand. Built in co-production sessions with your inclusion lead and a handful of SENCOs, on LocalGov Drupal, so you own it.
The yearly fee
Hosting, security updates, support, and the weekly office hours. Your specialist teams keep the content current from inside the tool, so nothing goes back to a PDF next year.
The audit and action plans
Every school runs the whole-school SEND audit against your own provision and writes its action plan in the same place. Your authority reads them across every school and sees the gaps before an inspection does.
What is not included
Nothing hidden. No per-school licences, no per-user seats, no charge for adding a team to the directory. Training for your specialist teams is part of the build.
Exact costs
We're on G-Cloud 15, so our real prices are public. See the full pricing for Belong, including example five year cost plans.
How councils buy it
Belong is on G-Cloud 15, so it can be bought by direct award with no tender. Most councils buy it through their own low value procurement route. If you tell us which one yours uses, we will send the paperwork your procurement team needs in the form they need it.
If it helps, send us your provision document first and we will build a small demo from it before anyone talks about money.
